Kemler, Robert W., age 90, of Rochester, died November 30, 2013 with his beloved sister at his side. A life-time resident of Rochester, Bob was born June 3, 1923, in Rochester to the late John and Mary (MacKenzie) Kemler. Much loved brother of Jean Kemler Larkum, Helen Fraser, Patricia VanSchoick and the late John, James, Donald and Raymond. He is also survived by his many loving nephews and nieces alon with his many friends around town like the folks at Dillman & Upton and Byers Shell Service Station. He enjoyed baseball and softball and loved to "hang out" at Halback Field. Funeral Services for Bob will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester. His family will receive his friends at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and envelopes wil be available at the funeral home. www.pixleyfuneral.com
