He is survived by: his son Rick (Denise) Fulle;, Daughter-in-Law Terry Fuller; 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, as well as his son Rodger Fuller, and a brother Marvin Fuller.
Melvin was born on March 25, 1935 in Pontiac, son of the late Theodore and Alice (Hopp) Fuller. He married Shirley Brannan on January 21, 1956 and they enjoyed 63 years of marriage until she passed in 2019. Melvin retired from General Motors Truck & Bus after 27 years and enjoyed his retirement. For years He and Shirley spent their winters in Southern Texas, close to Brownsville. He was an avid outdoorsman who spent time fishing and camping, and was a member of a travel trailer club. Melvin would also loved tigers baseball, as well as playing cards, and was a member of the Rochester Fraternal Order of Eagles. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
In honor of Melvin's wishes, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date with inurnment at Mt. Avon Cemetery.
