Storves, Mary "Lee" Lane, Age 86 of Rochester Hills, died May 20, 2010. She was born July 11, 1923 in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University where she was a member of the Mortar Board National Honor Society, Women's Ohio and Alpha Phi Sorority. She served with the American Red Cross at the end of World War II. she taught Speech and Technical Theater at the University of Mississippi. A member of St. Dunstan's of Cranbrook and the Avon Players where she appeared on stage and served on both boards. She also was a member and past president of the Rochester Branch of the Woman's National Farm and Garden Association and a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Lee was a 40 year volunteer for area mental health organizations. Loving wife of Roger J. Storves whom she married April 3, 1948 and who preceded her in death on February 28, 2008. Dear mother of Roger Storves and William (Diane) Storves. Beloved "Grammie" of Christopher, Kelly, and Cathy. Sister of the late James Lane and daughter of the late Elizabeth and Jesse Benton "J.B." Lane. Cherished aunt of several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 3:00 p.m. Monday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in Rochester.
