Born in Murfreesboro, TN on December 9, 1986 to Rick and Deborah Johnson. Grandparents Gene and Valez Johnson guided Amanda through the Tennessee hills as a little girl. Amanda, her brother Brandon and her mother Deborah moved to Madison Heights, MI where she attended the Lamphere School district while also being guided by her beloved Grandparents Edmund and Rosemary Zbikowski.
Amanda worked for years in Retail Management but her passion was helping people, and that showed during her time as a Medical Assistant. Hobbies included singing, kayaking (much better than her brother Brandon), selfies, spending time with her friends, but most of all; having adventures with her daughter Ava.
She is survived by Ava Alexzandra Johnson, Drake Thomas (children), Brandon Johnson (brother) Deborah Zbikowski Johnson (mother) and several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
