Dr. Wayne Ronald Low was born on April 8, 1956 in Trinidad, West Indies and passed away at his home in Riverside, California on August 25, 2015. Mr. Low spent over 30 years serving the community as a Dentist. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Christine as well as his three children Michael, Eric and Allison. He will be dearly missed by those whose lives he touched.
