Michael Todd Young was born October 15, 1968 and lived in Riverside, CA his whole life. He passed away at home on September 4, 2023 at age 54. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Tammy Flurry Young, his son Todd, his daughter Sarah (Casey) Nielson, his granddaughter Adalynn Nielson, his father Tim, his brother Allen, and his Mother-in-law Helen Hobbs. He was admired and loved by many, including his sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews. He was a graduate of La Sierra High School in 1987. His talents were many, he was known as a Jack of all trades. “Mikey” lived to help others and if it was broken he would fix it. There wasn’t anything he could not repair. Even though he lived a modest life, he always opened his home to help others in need. His family meant everything to him. His passion was for fast motorcycles, especially Harley Davidson. He enjoyed spending time up at the family cabin where he would fish, kayak, and ride his ATC. Mikey held many different jobs throughout his life but the one he had for almost the past decade at Bertino Manufacturing was his favorite. He was a very loving and selfless man that will be dearly missed by all but is now and forever with his mother Iva.
