Gabriel Angel Rodriguez

Gabriel Rodriguez was born in El Paso, Texas on October 29, 1932. He was the son to Josefina and Vicente Rodriguez. Gabriel attended and graduated Cathedral High School in Los Angeles, California where he was a star football player. He went on to become a carpenter and General Superintendent of a construction company in Riverside, California, traveling all over the country.

Gabe was known to put family first, give tough advice, teach resiliency. It is without question he did just these in his own ways.

Gabriel Rodriguez is survived by Gabriel Jr. (son), Thomas (son), Mary (daughter), Michele (daughter), Gabriela (daughter), Vicente (brother), Julie (sister), Rachel (sister), Irma (sister), Martha (sister), Daniel (brother). As well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Josefina and Vicente Rodriguez, Richard (brother), Alice (sister), Rita, Robert (brother), Ralph (son), Una (daughter), David (son).

A visitation for Gabriel will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A rosary service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5250 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A committal service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Olivewood Memorial Park, 3300 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5250 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92504.
