Consuelo "Connie" Ramos Gonzales, 86, of Ontario, passed away February 24th, 2019. Connie was born January 26th, 1933 to Gustavo Ramos Sr. and Beatrice Portillo Ramos in Presidio, Texas. Connie is the oldest of 8 children. She is survived by her husband Aquilino “Tito” Gonzales, her 4 children, Salvador Gonzales, Ontario; Mercy Lucky, Ontario; Linda Delgado, Yucaipa; Terri Gonzales, Ontario; 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild, and Brothers—Gustavo Ramos Jr, Las Vegas, NV; Joe Ramos, Upland, and Sisters--Velia Lara, Corona; Betty Ramos, Upland. Connie graduated from Chaffey high school and later attended Cal State Long Beach to earn a license in vocational nursing. She spent most of her career as a nurse at Lanterman State Hospital in Pomona. Post-retirement she opened, “Gonzales Family Child Care” in Ontario, where she continued her passion of caring for children. Connie is preceded in death by her Mother Beatrice in 2007, Father Gustavo in 1995, Sister Evangelina in 2001, and Brothers Richard in 2012 and Alfred in 2014. Funeral Service will be held at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Riverside National Cemetery.
