Mary and Terry worked together to build several businesses including the well known “Sledge’s”. Although “Sledge’s” was the biggest part of her life, she was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind. She had a servants heart and could always be found going above and beyond for those around her. She made THE BEST Banana Pudding on earth and loved to surprise friends with a fresh bowl from the back of her trusty van, in order to guarantee that there would not be any soggy Nilla wafers in her pudding. She also enjoyed volunteering at Camp Bluebird, in Tupelo, with her aunt Helen Brady. You could always count on the two of them to come up with a good prank!
She is survived by her loving mother Jeanette Fraizer, husband Terry, son Travis, daughter Terri Langham (Mike); grandchildren: Peyton Sledge, Xander Cates, Alyssa Langham, Rhianna Langham, Christopher Langham, Corey Langham (Tiffany); great-granddaughter Emersyn; sisters: Cathy Maddox (Richard), Janice Kuriger, Anita Odom, Linda Battles; brothers: Bobby Howell, and Cecil Howell Jr., Buddy Frazier; sister-in-law, Geri Sledge; and multiple nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held January 16th, 2022 at Parkway Funeral Home in Ridgeland, MS from 12:30 to 2:00pm. A celebration of life will follow at 2:00 pm.
