Stacey Gilbert Jackson, 50, of Charles City, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Jackson and maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Blanche Finch; paternal grandmother, Agnes Sturtz.
Stacey enjoyed listening to music, especially Pink Floyd. He also enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, Nascar racing, Motocross, and WWE Wrestling with his daughter, Marissa; he also enjoyed playing with his dogs, his TV time and tinkering around in the garage, and above all else, spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie Sullivan Jackson; daughter, Marissa Jackson; mother, Joyce F. Jackson; doggies, Stormy and Bella; and a large circle of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 5 from 11 am until service time at 1 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA. 23231.
The family would like to especially thank Ben Anderson R.N., Dr. Mosely, Dr. Nessar, Dr. Miller, Christian and the staff at the V.C.U. medical respiratory ICU for all of their help, support and professionalism.
