Raymond Stuart "Tut" Holloway

Raymond Stuart "Tut" Holloway, 64, of Sandston, VA, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Edwin Holloway, Sr. and Doris Atkins Holloway; and brother, Alfred Edwin “Bubba” Holloway, Jr. Raymond had a love for cars that only he could explain. One of his favorite hobbies included taking a car apart and calling his family and friends to help him put it back together. He would go to the Richmond Raceway to watch the drag races, and also enjoyed the Monday night television drag races. Raymond and his friends would go fishing at the Rappahannock River. He is survived by his daughter, Linsey Ann Holloway; siblings, Mary Lee Wilberger (Johnny), Douglas Holloway (Janet); sister-in-law, Donna Holloway; nieces, Anglea McNally (Paul) and Kim Reynolds; nephews, Jason Holloway (Lynda) and Douglas Wilberger (Aryn); a host of great nieces and nephews; special uncle and friend, Michael Atkins (Norma Jean); and dear friends, Jessie Brittan and Benard Minor. A visitation will be held August 2, 2022 from 6 - 8 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave Richmond, VA 23231. A funeral service will be on August 3, 2022 at 10AM at Nelsen Funeral Home. Followed by an interment at Washington Memorial Park.
