75, of Varina, formerly of Gloucester, Ma., passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emery Dukette and Shirley Doyle; brother, Douglas Dukette; son, Gregory Langlois; and his beloved cat, Jake. He served honorably in the United States Army as a Paratrooper and a member of the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. Marshall and his garage were icons in the Varina Community. He was known by many as A.J. Stump. He loved his family, warm beer, and telling stories about years past. Everyone that met him, loved him and he will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joyce Dukette; daughters, Allyson Sweeney (Anthony) of Charles City and Heidi Langlois of Quinton; sons, Jeffrey Langlois of Lynn, Ma. and Philip Langlois (Kim) of Lynn, Ma.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Dunning of Utah; several nieces and nephews; many close friends including one devoted, Bubba Fox. One of the pallbearers include his grandson, Austin Brown. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231 where services will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
