Marshall, Jean Ellen, 92 of Richmond, VA, passed away June 5, 2023. Jean was preceded in death by her parents Emmett and Linda Ellen, her husband John Marshall, son Jay, sister Sybil Ward, brother Bill Ellen.
She is survived by step daughter Robbie Voumar, grand-daughters Tracie and Payton. She is survived by brother Emmett Ellen (Judy) and sister-in-law Betty Ellen, many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Jean spent a lot of her life in the Charlotte NC area before moving back to Richmond and Westminster Canterbury.
A graveside service will be held June 16, 2 pm at Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local SPCA.
