Frances Cameron, 66, of Sandston went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 9, 2013. She is survived by her brother, Welford Loving; her devoted children and their spouses, Charles & Rita Edwards, Darren & Donna Dixon; grandchildren, Jennifer Emerson (Colby), Brandi Edwards and Isaac Baker; great-grandson, Landon Emerson; and a host of relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, Va 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 10:00 a.m.
