Florence Emma Jordan

Entered into rest on July 17, 2013 Florence Wood Jordan, widow of William Meredith Jordan, and daughter of the late Lawrence M and Minnie Morris Wood, also predeceased by her niece Rebecca “Patsy” W. Wright. Mrs. Jordan was a retired secretary with Elam & Funsten Realtors and a member of Mechanicsville Baptist Church. She is survived by her nieces Mary Ruth Wood Logan and husband Gilbert F. Logan, Jr. and their family in Chesterfield, VA, and William “Doots” Wright and his family of Ashland, Va. Visitation will be held Sunday July 21, 2013, at 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00pm at the Woody Funeral Home, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA, 23229. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on July 22, 2013 at 10:00am with interment to follow at Riverview cemetery in Richmond, VA.
