MORGAN, Dorothy Lee, 81, of Highland Springs, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Morgan. Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Mary OBrochta; brother, Don Haluski; several nieces and one nephew; and good friend, Margaret Farmer.
