CROSS, Ann Harvey, 95 of Richmond, widow of LeRoy Thomas Cross, died July 18, 2013. Ann was born in Cumberland County Va. The youngest of nine children to Polly and Glover Harvey, all have preceded her. She was also preceded in death by her oldest son, Harvey Lee Cross. She is survived by her son, Wayne Thomas Cross and his wife, Cheryl Fergerson Cross; her daughter-in-law, June Leffler Cross; six grandchildren, Holly Rowland, Harvey, Christopher, Timothy, Gregory and Matthew Cross; numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren; and her devoted niece, Jean Woody Pugh. Ann was a longtime member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she taught sunday school to the youngest children. She was also a member of the WWW Sunday School Class. She was also devoted to her family. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Parham Chapel Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road and where services will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park. Mrs. Cross was faithfully and lovingly served by Hospice Community Care.
