Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21 at Johnson Funeral Home, Richlands with the Rev. Volney Bryan officiating. Entombment will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Cutler.

He is survived by his fiancé, Velida Dempsey of Jacksonville; father and stepmother, Charles and Wendy Cutler of North Bellmoore, N.Y.; two daughters, Shawna Augherton of Richlands and Megan Cutler of Jacksonville; one son, Charlie Dempsey of Richlands; two brothers, Craig Cutler and wife Anna of Great Neck, N.Y., and Scott Cutler and wife Michelle of Hartsdale, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Kamri Augherton and Layni Augherton; two nephews, Stefan Cutler and Lazar Cutler; and one niece, Sydney Cutler.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 20 at the funeral home.
