I will never forget your kindness you gave me a job when I was 15 changing tires to pay for the  inner tubes to float the river and signed my card to get my CDL you We’re truly one of the great ones you will be Missed rest in peace my friend...

Uncle bob, you had , and lived a fantastic life! Your legacy will forever live on. Rest in peace my friend, as you will always be in our hearts.

Simply put,  Bob was just a great guy.  I knew him for the past 35 years as a client and a friend.  He always had a smile on his face and generally greeted me with some funny wisecrack.  Even when the going got tough,  he always stayed positive and exhibited the highest degree of integrity and fairness.  I will greatly miss him,  as I know many others will too.  Rest in peace Bob,  and may God bless you.

Bob was such a amazing man, He was so sweet to us I remember him bringing his daughter jaymie and all of the girls at work heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day. I would see him around town and he was always cheerful and caring. He will be truly missed. 

Bob, when I think of you I always think of your kids. The love you all share with each other is the best gift a person can ever give to another.  You were very important to my mom and you made her happy. I am forever grateful to you for that. Rest In Peace - you achieved in life the things most of us can only dream of. Even though I hadn't seen Bob for many years. Always thought of him offen. He was a good Friend and Boss. I remember taking care of his Dad for awhile and then when he had passed. I also took care of his Mom. He never said a bad word about people treated them with Respect as he did for me.My oldest Son Grew up with JoJo and my Daughter Tara, and Jamie was a little older but they would sometimes hang out. I Thank Bob for being a part of my life and so glad I met him.Last time I seen Bob was when his truck was stolen I had found it and txt JoJo right away and Jamie and met them were it was to make sure no one took off in it. I told him then that we were even because long time ago my car was stolen. I think after 2 months I thought I'd never see it again. Then Guess who called me BOB he had found my car it was only 1 mile away from where I lived and Bob stayed with it till I got there. I thank GOD FOR HIM FINDING IT. It ment the world to me. I always would see pictures on Facebook when they would go on Vacations it was nice to see all of the Family you knew they all Loved each other very much. I'm so sorry for your loss to all of his Children and Remaining Family. R.I.P. MY FRIEND TILL I SEE YOU AGAIN.

Bob did probably 50+% of the hauling for DYAD Construction and was always reliable and competitive, aside from being a good honest man. He was always there with a competitive price and it was always a pleasure to work with him.  I will miss him and will keep him in my prayers. May he Rest In Peace.

I first met Bob in the 80’s when I worked at the Old National Bank on Fourth Street in Renton. He was a customer at the bank that everyone enjoyed visiting with.  He always had a smile and took a personal interest in the lives of those working with him. 
I ended up leaving the bank and working for Bob for about twenty years. During that time, I witnessed him to be a hard working boss who was fair with those around him.  I saw how important his family and friends were to him. He would regularly check in with them via phone or meet for meals.  If you were the one calling Bob you could expect him to answer with a “yeah” and sound as if he was moving a mile a minute. Despite his busy schedule, he would always ask how things were going with you and your family. It was always interesting having a conversation with Bob. He seemed to have his own unique way to say some words and phrases, sort of Yogi Berra like. Greg Peterson always said he was keeping a list and I hope he actually did.
My two children enjoyed checking out the big trucks from an early age at the McCann business. To this day my kids remain interested in Bob and regularly ask, “What’s Bob been up to?” 
After I stopped working for Bob we continued to stay in contact by phone or quick chats over lunch or dinner. My best descriptions of Bob would be enigma – dependable – caring - one of a kind.  Bob made people feel like they mattered and you could count on him to always have your back.  My entire family and I will miss Bob greatly. Rest in peace. 


You my dear will be so missed and never forgotten.  I’m so thankful I was able to have you in my life.  I’ll always remember our long talks at the Crystal Coach office when you would swing in and listen and give me advice.  Your million dollar smile and kind soul touched me and so many.  Your visits to the house when JoJo and Jaymie lived downstairs.  Making sure everyone was taken care of.  
I see you in your son JoJo , you did good pops.

I had the privilege of knowing Bob McCann for more than 60 years. It was our love of the automobile that brought us together and we shared that passion for lo these many years. We also shared many mutual friends and acquaintances. Bob is going to be missed by so many that knew him. RIP Bob.

You were quite possibly the best of the best .. Seeing these few pics of you say it all ..So many funny memories growing up with Jaymie and having you around .I have great memories of Jaym n I going out as teenagers into our young 20s and you grilling us about , where are you girls going , who’s driving , what time are you guys gonna be home  etc etc  Some fun laughs we shared ..  I will always cherish the time You and Jaym came into Bellevue recently to come see me at work . Not to mention the times you would pop into Dinos to meet jojo and waiting and waiting  for him to show up all then  to realize you were suppose to meet him at Vinos not Dinos . Ha ha ...You will so much be missed . You were everything to your kids , You were Jaymie and Jojo’s rock . These photos say it all ..I loved the relationship they had with you as they did as well ... Jaymie and Jojo loved you so much , I can’t imagine the pain they are going thru not having you around. You were such a great father to both of them , you without a doubt without judgement loved them so much. You were A loving and great grandpa  to all of your grandkids  and loved by so many people .. you will be missed by your family and not to mention the hundreds of lives you have touched throughout the years . You will forever be missed . I’m glad you were apart of my life ... Rest in Heaven 🙏

R.I.P Bob. You were one of the pioneers of Renton's East hill gang. Thanks for blazing the trail for so many of us.

I met Bob about 40 years ago while I was working at the old ConocoPhillips station on 4th and Union. He was one of the few customers who had an account with Ken, who was the owner at the time. He used to come in almost daily. Bob always had a smile on his face and I never heard him say a bad word about anyone. He brought Jaymie and Jojo in from the time they were little and even Sierra when she would ride around with Pop. He was one of the kindest, nicest men I ever met! He even came to the Safeway gas station when I went to work there and brought Jojo and Eli to see me when I worked at the CPA’s office. You were a great man Bob, and will forever be missed! My sincerest condolences to Janet, Jeff, Jojo , Jaymie and his brother and sister! His entire family! R.I.P. Bob! Put those golden gloves on!

You were so kind, and generally cared about people. I needed a ride to the airport once and didn't want to take a taxi, I have no idea why you drove me there but you did and we had a great conversation. I'll remember you as kind and caring, someone everyone liked and was happy to see.

Bob was my mentor and a Best Friend. His work ethic, uncompromising ethics and loyalty were just a few of his many great qualities.  His humor and quick wit were there even in the most difficult times.  Bobo will be missed by us all but also he will always be with us. 

I have known Bob for 57 years. I first met him when he cleared a lot for my Dad. Throughout the years I would see and serve Bob at Pizza Pete's when he took a break "entertaining" at the Barei's Renton Eagles Tavern. Bob  has been on many flights to go fishing and even attended my wedding in Las Vegas with JoJo. Bob was one of a kind and will forever be a "legend" in Renton. Renton will never be the same without him. One hell of a guy and one hell of a fighter.  The bell will ring 10.

Dear Uncle Bob, you will so  immensely be missed from the bottom my heart I love every moment we shared  together and help me through trouble times an picked me up and gave me  strength to push ahead ,  thankful for those wonderful talks sharing An enjoying every moment ,whether we were in your car or in one of the Mack trucks ,There was a lot of friends that identified my uncle Bob as uncle Bob !!  You made it God bless you and rest in peace , you’ll always be in my heart !!!.................YA!!!!!

Bob was such a warm and friendly person.  He made you feel he was glad to see you when meeting him!    He always had a smile--even when he wasn't feeling well.   Bob will  be genuinely  missed at times when "the old Renton people"  get together.  We are saddened for his family and those who loved him.

My cousin was a well rounded guy......I would run into Bob ..frequently......in taverns,restaurants and /or church....truth is ..it was lot more at St Anthony's than anywhere else over last 20 years.....one of my favorite people and will miss him

Yes Bob mccann was a good man I grew up just down the street from his dad's old place art. Bob went to school with my Uncle Billy moss so I have a lot of memories Billy passed away a while go hopefully longer be friends again upstairs. Well all I can say is Bob had a heart of gold he would help anybody he was a good man but too many left like that.Ron Heide..... miss you buddy......
