Terry Hincks

May 27, 1952 to October 14, 2016

Terry passed away peacefully in Regina surrounded by his family and friends at the age of 64. Terry was larger than life and had a huge impact on everyone and his community. His son and grandchildren were his pride and joy.

He was predeceased by his Mother Dorothy, Father William, Sister Jackie, and infant sister Joyce. Terry is survived by his son Andrew; grandchildren Payton, Aairc, and Philip; Kayla (who took special care of Terry); and Andrew’s mom Darlene. He is also survived by his sister Donna (Neil) Cromarty and their children Tobi, Dustin and Dallas; his sister Tracey Hincks (Travis) and her children Tyler and Shala; his late sisters’ children Chantel and Trent; and special friend Sue.

Terry was passionate about many sports either playing or coaching. He loved the Rams, Roughriders, Boston Bruins, Regina Red Sox, the beach, his boat. Terry loved life! He was committed to the City of Regina and served on city council for the last 13 years. Terry was dedicated to helping seniors, encouraging youth and would especially help inner city kids.

Terry excelled in all he did. He had a very successful career in real estate with Century 21 for over 20 years winning several awards.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Brandt Centre of Evraz Place in Regina. Everyone has a Terry story and we ask that you bring your written story with you to the service. These stories will be compiled to share with Terry’s future generations.
