Otto was born in July, 1931 in Bethune and married Eileen Costache (nee Moldovan) in 1964. Active in the Odd Fellows, St. George’s Romanian Orthodox Church and long-time volunteer with the Diabetes Association. Hobbies and interests too many to list. Otto cherished family get-togethers, barbecues, playing cribbage and whist, tending his garden, traveling to Boulder, Montana every summer and Tempe, Arizona every winter while health allowed. Otto had innumerable connections; wherever he went he ran into someone he knew. He always had a joke or trick ready for visitors.

“Give rest to him in a place of light, in a place of green pasture, in a place of refreshment, from where pain, sorrow and sighing have fled away.”
