Ray Star Jordan

January 22, 1928 ~ October 8, 2011

We announce the celebration of eternal life for our Dad, Uncle, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, cousin & friend. Ray is rejoicing and worshiping the Lord in spirit and in truth. Ray has gone to be with our Lord and Saviour and our mother on Saturday, October 8, 2011. It is with comfort that our Dad has gone to be with the Lord in a Christian life well lived. Predeceased by his loving wife Valerie; his parents Andrew and Catherine Gordon; brothers & sisters; grand-daughter Tiffany Jordan and Great-grandsons Ethan Montgrand & Xavier Breast. Ray is survived by sons; Erick (Denise), Edmund (Karen), Raymond Jr.(Jacqueline); daughter Belinda Lee (Brad); sister-in-law Loretta Watetch (Pete); brother-in-law Wally Watetch; adopted daughters Margaret Key and Norma (Bill) Koochicum as well as many other relatives too numerous to name. Ray has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly. A special thank you goes to Pasqua First Nation Chief and Council, Starblanket First Nation Chief and Council, doctors, nurses and EMS from All Nations Healing Hospital. A Wake will take place on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 5:00 PM at White Calf Gymnasium, Lebret Sask, followed by a Memorial Celebration & Sharing to begin at 7:30 PM. Funeral Service will also take place there on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Allan O’Soup officiating. Burial will follow at Asham’s Beach Cemetery.
