Robert was a business owner in the East Side for about 30 years. He owned and operated bookkeeping, tax preparation, carpet cleaning, and janitorial businesses. He was a proud veteran of World War II as a member Army Air Corps. He will be remembered for his love of drawing, painting, and wood sculpture. He and his wife were also avid ‘rock hunters.’
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Ford Q. and Anita M. Elvidge, and his two sisters, Marthanna Veblen, and Carolyn Elvidge.
Robert was also survived by four nephews, three nieces, plus many great-nephews and great-nieces.
He is survived by loving wife Vivian Elvidge, and daughter Janice Elvidge.
A memorial service will be held on, Sunday, July 28, 2019, at 1:00 pm:
