Carl was born on December 11, 1937 in California to parents Isabell and Carl. After graduating from Albany High School, he joined the Navy before accepting a position at Western Pacific where he worked for more than 30 years.
Carl married Jackie in 1955, although this relationship wasn't permanent, they did have 2 children together. He was an avid outdoorsman and was deeply involved in pigeon racing for the majority of his life. Carl remarried his beloved Wife, Althea in the 80's. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards and spending time with his loved ones. His family and friends will always remember him as a sarcastic fun-loving person and will miss him dearly.
Carl is survived by his daughters; Deborah and Pamela of Redding; 3 Grandchildren, 5 Great grandchildren and 1 Great-great grandchild. He is proceeded in death by his Wife Althea; his brothers Robert and Eugene; and his parents.
