Thomas Henry Dalton, Sr., 79 of Mohnton, PA passed away Wednesday September 28, 2022, in his home surrounded by his loving family. Thomas is survived by his wife of 42 years, Cheryl E. (Bean) Dalton. Born July 8th, 1943, and raised in Kenhorst, Pa. A US Air Force veteran, Thomas set a standard for hard work and determination at a young age. Known for pride in his work and devotion to his craftsmanship. He was truly unique in his ability to make anyone laugh and always humble. Everyone he cared for became family and were treated with respect and honor. Known as the fun uncle he truly was the definition. Quick to raise a glass and very respected for his even demeanor and kindness. His smile would light up any room and he was always a lucky gambler. Tom Sr. was well known for his catch phrases and nicknames. Anytime we here “What The”, “Neckbone” or “Doggie” we all will think of him. Among his many hobbies gun collecting and classic cars were tops. Tom’s wealth of knowledge will be missed terribly. In addition to his wife Cheryl, Tom is survived by his 2 sons: Thomas H Dalton Jr. and his wife Nicole, Patrick M Dalton and his fiancé Corinne Wloczewski, and 5 grandchildren Patrick Jr., Julian, KJ and Eugene. Predeceased by grandson Adrien. He will be missed by his puppy Sebastian. A memorial gathering for Thomas will be held Saturday October 8, 2022, from 1-2 pm at Auman’s Inc. 390 W.
