Swarn Kaur Lalh, 90, of Sinking Spring, PA passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jagatpur, India on January 1, 1933, she was a daughter to the late Mehar Chand Munday and Jai Kaur Munday.
Swarn was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, whose life was centered around her family. She loved knitting, making gifts for family and friends and absolutely treasured spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Swarn was a member Blue Mountain Gurdwara.
Swarn's spirit will be carried on by her 3 sons Kuldip Singh Lalh, Gurmail Singh Lalh and Sukwhant Singh Lalh. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Swarn was preceded in death by her husband Mohan Singh Lalh; her son Surjit Singh Lalh; her sister Samo Kaur Sohal; and her 2 brothers Ram Parkash Munday and Sham Lal Munday.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Theo C. Auman Inc., 247 Penn St., Reading, PA 19601.
