Carolyn F. Haas

Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She was born in Reading, Pennsylvania on December 5, 1939, the beloved daughter of the late W. Frederick and Irene Dorothy (née Achenbach) Keller.

Carolyn was an avid world traveler and enjoyed going to the theater and concerts. She was a lover of animals. Any friends who visited the Haas household will remember a home full of pets. She could never turn away any animal her kids brought home and ended up being a breeder of Golden Retrievers.

Carolyn was an active member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Pottstown. She enjoyed spending time at the New Jersey shore and attending classes to further her education.

Surviving Carolyn are her two daughters Deborah Haas and Farah Lawrence and her son in law Duane Lawrence as well as her five grandchildren; Sean Haas, Lauren Stander, Madeleine Stander, Zacharias Lawrence and Maggie Lawrence and her daughter in law Regina McLaughlin. Carolyn was predeceased by her two sons; Albert F. Haas and Sean L. Haas.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 11:00 am at Auman’s Funeral Home, 390 Neversink Rd. Reiffton, PA. The burial of the ashes will take place across the street at Forest Hills Memorial Park. A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 -11 am in the funeral home.
