Shirley M. Stahl

Shirley M. Stahl, 85, Passed away Friday, July 24, 2015. Shirley was raised by her mother and Step-father, Mary Beulah (Meyers) and Bob Gleason. She was a 1948 Graduate of Immaculata H.S. where she participated on a state championship volleyball team. Shirley briefly worked at Baldwin Piano where she met her husband John "Jack" Stahl who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Mary "Diana" (Ray) Jackson and special friends Phyllis and Gregg Wene and best friend Carol. She was a trustee of the reading Democratic Club, a member of Reading Seniors and a captain of their volleyball team. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 9-9:45A.M.. Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 330 W Vine St, Reading, OH 45215. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:00A.M. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
