Leroy E Smith

He was born February 25, 1934, in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, to parents Herlin and Bessie (Weible) Smith. Leroy retired from the Ford Motor Company Walton Hills Plant after 30 years of employment.

He was a lifetime member of Ravenna Moose Lodge 1234 and recognized as a Pilgrim of the Order. Leroy was an avid golfer and bowler. He also enjoyed rooting for the local sports teams.

Leroy is survived by his wife Georgia (Mehling) Smith, his children: Don (Nancy) Smith, Ron Smith, and Kim Smith, his grandchildren: Josh (Maria) Smith, Matt (Colleen) Smith, Andy (Jennifer) Smith, and his great-grandchildren: Caroline, Graham, Emma, Ellie, and Ethan. He is also survived by siblings: Dorothy Kelley, Betty (Ralph) Beaver, and Herlin Smith Jr, along with his five step-children, and many loving family and friends.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Marty Smith, his great-grandson Matthew Eric Smith, and his siblings: Ernie, Dave, and Leoris.
