He was born November 2, 1967, in Akron, Ohio, son of the late Bill and Mary (Smith) Martin. Jerry was employed at EMJ Steel in Bedford Heights.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 21 years Deanna (Stapleton) Martin and their three children: Michael, Danielle, and A.J. Martin, he is also survived by his granddaughter Brenna Martin, and his sister Janice LeMasters.
Cremation has taken place, and friends will be received Friday, May 28, 2010, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 6:00 PM on Friday with Pastor Jim Wilson officiating.
