Deloris L. Young

Deloris was born in Ravenna, Ohio on October 1, 1952 to parents Orange W. and Betty (Haffly) Naugle Sr. Deloris had been a nurse’s aid for Robinson Memorial Hospital and the Portage County Nursing Home before retiring due to health reasons.

She was a simple person and it did not take much to make her happy. Deloris enjoyed attending garage and yard sales. She enjoyed playing canasta and loved blue grass music. Deloris was a nurturing, loving wife, mother and grandmother and family was her everything.

Deloris is survived by her children: Fred Young Jr., William “Billy” Young, Danny (Dianna) Young and Leonard Young. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren William (Holly Hively) Young Jr., Nichole (Andrew Wyatt) Young, Brandon (Patricia Horne) Young, Dalton Young and Rebecca Young; her great-grandchildren Cheyenne Jeffries, Dakota Jeffries, Braydon Young and her sister Mary Stacy.

Deloris was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Fred Young Sr.

Per her wishes cremation is being honored and a celebration of her life will be held in October.
