Stanley Francis Kempinger

Stan was born in NYC on May 10, 1946, to Francis William and Genevieve Kempinger. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical HS and continued his education throughout his life.

Stan worked as an Electrical Engineer and eventually started his own Telco and Real Estate businesses.

He enjoyed spending time with his children and his grandchildren as well as being outdoors. Years ago, he was on the sidelines of numerous games (football, baseball, soccer, etc.) coaching or supporting his children. In recent years you could find him on the sidelines always cheering #biggestfan. He also loved to travel for family visits/events, take walks on the pier and play board games.

Stan is survived by his children, Kathleen Kempinger, Stanley F. Kempinger Jr (Antoinette Kempinger), Heather Kempinger Davis (Jason Davis), his grandchildren Brooke Davis, Jordan Davis, Sophie Kempinger, Noah Davis, Lilian Kempinger and Tristan Kempinger, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. All meant the world to him. #familyfirst

The celebration of life will be held at 4:00 on January 29, 2023 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 1701 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609. A visitation will be held at 2:00 on January 29, 2023 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society | Blood Cancer Leaders | LLS as we will continue to Light the Night as Papa's Biggest Fans.
