Robert Edward Neal Jr.

Robert (Bob) Edward Neal Jr. of Raleigh was born on February 10, 1941, in Washington, DC to parents Robert Senior and Mary Neal now deceased. Bob passed away on Monday, March 15, 2010, at Duke Raleigh Hospital.

He leaves behind his wife and “soul mate” Linda of the home, a son Robert III of Raleigh, a step daughter Amy Weatherspoon of Cary, and grand-daughter Bobbi Marie of Snow Hill, NC. Also, 3 step grandchildren, Charles Nahrebecki from Kinston as well as Nicole and Brooke Weatherspoon of Cary, and 2 step great grandchildren Melanie of Cary and Anthony from Kinston, NC.

Bob’s family will greet visitors at Brown Wynne Funeral Home located at 1701 E. Millbrook Rd, in Raleigh on Wednesday, March 17th, from 7- 9 pm followed by his funeral on Thursday, March 18th, at 2 pm in the Chapel with burial at Raleigh Memorial Park at 7501 Glenwood Ave. Condolences to the family can be sent to www.brownwynneeastmillbrook.com

Bob’s career was in Graphic Arts, consisting of 40 years beginning in Raleigh with Multigraphics and ending as Vice President, R & D with AB Dick Company located in Niles, Illinois. Bob was very successful in Marketing and creating equipment and supplies for their R&D Departments.

Bob loved people and life and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
