Marja Rhodes Beverly

Lynn Rhodes Beverly 82 of Raleigh, NC went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Lynn was born in Robeson County on March 7, 1942. She graduated Valedictorian from Orrum High School and continued to receive a bachelor’s degree from Campbell College.

Lynn was married to Tom Beverly on August 16, 1964, they were married 60 years, and lived in Raleigh. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she attended numerous Bible studies. Lynn worked as a teacher for four years, and then began raising a family. She was also involved in volunteer work with the church, Meals on Wheels, and at her children’s schools.

Lynn is survived by husband Tom and their two sons. Tommy and wife Jill, their children, Kinsey, Gray and wife Malorie and their children TJ and Jesse. David and wife Betty, their children, Conley and wife Laura and their child Jaxon, daughter Faith.

Her family would like to give a special thank you to Wellington Rehabilitation and Healthcare, for the love and care they gave Lynn in her final days.
