Margaret Barefield Carter, age 97, of Raleigh, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Margaret Carter's life will be held on Saturday, December 14th at 1:00 pm at Westover United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Westover United Methodist Church, 300 Powell Drive Raleigh, NC 27606.

Brown-Wynne, 300 Saint Mary's St., Raleigh, is serving the Carter family.
