Freeda Charles Poniros, age 94, fell asleep in the Lord on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Raleigh, NC on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 11:00 am. A visitation with Trisagion prayers will be held the evening prior, Monday, November 25th, at Holy Trinity, from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm, with Trisagion prayers starting at 6:00 pm. Interment will be held at Historic Oakwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 5000 Lead Mine Rd. Raleigh, NC 27612.
