Chris was born in Toronto Ontario Canada. He was the first person in his family to be born in North America. Both of his parents, James, and Stoyna were born in Macedonia. He was also the first person in his family to go to University.
He enjoyed several different and successful careers. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Degree in Math, Physics, and Chemistry with a Minor in Biology, where he played both Hockey and Football. His first career was a High School teacher. He enjoyed this but quickly realized he was a much better businessman. He continued his education at McMaster University and then later York University. He received his Chartered Accounting degree and became a Controller for Universal Sections. He spent the majority of his career at Northern Telecom. After retiring from Northern Telecom he again reinvented himself this time as a Cost Accounting Consultant for SAP.
Chris has traveled the world with Northern Telecom and SAP. He enjoyed his travels very much. He enjoyed all types of fishing; pier, beach, lake, deep sea, but especially ice fishing. He loved going to Alaska and panning for gold. He had many different interests and was an expert on a wide variety of things. But his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Chris is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Gloria; his children Anna Tatum (Robert), Janet Johnson (Michael), and James (Jennifer). He was a loving and doting Dedo to his five grandchildren Connor and Caroline (Janet), Vivian, Eliza and Charlotte (James).
