Anita Margaret McKellick

Anita McKellick, 81, was surrounded by family as she passed away peacefully on December 6, 2014 after a brief illness. Anita was born June 25, 1933 in Rumford Maine, to the late Joseph and Delia Arsenault. She was also preceded in death by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Anita leaves behind to cherish her memory, her devoted husband of 62 years, Lawrence (Lovey) McKellick. Anita is also survived by 3 sons and 3 daughters: Lawrence McKellick Jr. and wife June of Hopedale Ma, Gary McKellick and wife Claudia of Pascoag RI, Randy McKellick of Woonsocket RI, Barbara Gurganus and husband E.W of Spring Hope NC, Brenda LaMoore of Spring Hope NC and Allison McKellick of Worcester MA. Grammy was a loving and caring grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Anita’s life and pay tribute to her memory will be held at the Fellowship Hall at Shenandoah Baptist Church, in Rocky Mount NC, at 3PM on January 17, 2015.
