BURM, Ella F. of Quincy, formerly of South Boston. April 16, 2013. At the age of 76. Ella was born in Boston, she was raised and educated in South Boston. Ella was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School.
She retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a payroll clerk after 30 years of service. Ella enjoyed boating with her family at Town River Yacht Club, as well as dancing, she taught ballroom dancing when she was younger. Ella also enjoyed taking tourist and friends on tours of Castle Island and the Freedom Trail.
Ella was pre-deceased by her loving parents Joseph and Ella (Fitzgerald) Burm and a brother Richard Burm. She is survived by her loving siblings Joseph Burm of Quincy and his late wife Helene, Jeanne Rauseo of Medford and her late husband Edward, Barbara Hart of Franklin and her late husband John, Gerard Burm and his wife Lorraine of Hingham. Her dear sister in law Patricia Burm of Seabrook, NH. Also survived by many devoted nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
