He was born in Lester, Al on December 27, 1957, his parents were the late Billy Melvin Franklin and Cleo Townsend Shelton, preceded in death by fiance’, Judy Lawrence.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 11AM at the Minor Hill Cemetery, Minor Hill, TN.
