Don Cheatham

He was born in Falkville, AL on December 16, 1934 and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Ervin and Flossie Arlene Buckelew Cheatham, his first wife, Camille Russell Cheatham, his daughter, Kathy Cheatham Nix, his sister, Betty Cheatham Burden, and his brother, Delaine Cheatham.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 7, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Corinth Cemetery West in Battleground, AL.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene Nix Cheatham of Bodenham, TN, his children, Keith Cheatham and Virginia of Hattiesburg, MS, Roger Cheatham and Debbie of Daleville, MS, Mitzi Sumrall of Cleveland, TN, Scott Cheatham of Vancleave, MS, Wayne Cheatham and Eva of Laurel, MS, sister in law, Opal Gilliam of Murfreesboro, TN, 11 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
