Vaughn Dale Graham, March 24, 1929 - December 4, 2019 lived a remarkable and beautiful life in which he served his God, loved his family and gave generously to others around him. He was a creative, resourceful, successful entrepreneur. During his 60 years living in Pueblo he was most well known as the owner of Lady Fair Laundries and National Pride Car washes.
He was a founding member of the Southwest church of Christ in which he served as an elder for 40 years. He spearheaded the effort to establish the Casa de la Esperanza children’s home in Anajuac, Mexico, the school of preaching in Quito, Equador, Red Mountain Ranch Christian Youth Camp and support of mission work in Dubai and other parts of the Middle East. He was an intensely dedicated, lifelong student of the Bible and faithfully walked through life with it as his guide and blueprint, encouraging and teaching many to obey the teachings of Jesus.
Born in Comanche OK and raised in Pampa TX and Oklahoma City, He was preceded in death by his mother Letha Null Graham, his father Joseph Levi Graham, his brother Randle Leon Graham and sister Dr. Loretta Graham Engles.
Survived by his beautiful and dedicated wife of 64 years, Joy Ann Graham, his brother, Billy Joe Graham, 3 children, Michael Dale Graham, Ruth Ann Graham and Rebekah Graham Frank (Rodney) along with 7 grandchildren, Alexandria and Jordan Graham, Vaughn (Kelly), Joel and Jenna Tromburg, Ashley Talbert (Preston) and Joseph McSoud and 9 great grandchildren. These people were the delights and joys of his life. He loved them unconditionally and received that same fiercely dedicated and tenacious love in return. His example and influence was unsurpassed and he will be deeply and profoundly missed by those family and friends he touched during his 90 years on this earth.
