Harold Ray Spencer

Harold R. Spencer, 90, passed away September 27, 2012. He is predeceased by his wife, Helen L. Spencer; parents, Mary and Cleo Spencer; in-laws, Carrie and Douglas Jenkins; sisters, Ardis Graham and Mary Louise Renslow; brother, Dean Spencer; and grandson, Floyd Michael Spencer. He is survived by his children, Sandra (Michael) Scroggins, Lanney (Jodie) Spencer, and Rhonda Fellows; grandchildren, Wade (Joyce) Scroggins, Dina Benton, Lesley (Steve) Armstrong, Kari Spencer, Cory Spencer, Jeremy (Richelle) O’Shea, Devin Fellows, and Adam Fellows; brothers, Darwin and Jerry Spencer; sister, Glenda Cissell; numerous great-grandchildren and other relatives. Harold served in the US Navy during WWII. He worked for the Jefferson County, Colorado School District, where he was a carpenter. Harold was known for making macramé lawn chairs. Funeral Service, 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2012, Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Littleton, CO. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
