Celsa is survived by her loving daughter, Cindy (Eric) Pulido, loving son Darryl Dugan (Michael Blue), her doting granddaughters Sandra Vigil and Devany Vigil, and great grandson, Landon Jimenez, her brothers and sisters, and extended family.
She was preceded in passing by her parents Encarnacion and Ramon Villarreal, and her siblings Hercilia, Ramon, Luis, Nivia, Rafael, Cecilia, Miriam, Jorge, Fernando, and Elizabeth.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 1pm at Imperial Funeral Home, with committal services to follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
