Betty Espinoza

She is survived by her spouse Alfonso P. Espinoza, children Mary (Andy) Trout of Pueblo, Colorado, Freda (John) Talleur of San Antonio, Texas, Steve Espinoza of Pueblo, Colorado, and Valerie (Mike) Lobo of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren Crystal Trout Gittings (Zachary Gittings) of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, Amber Trout of Tampa, Florida, Makayla Lobo of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Gabrielle Lobo of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her son Fred L. Espinoza of Colorado Springs, Colorado, parents Kelly and Ruth Sanchez of Trinidad, Colorado, and in-laws Alfonso and Matilda Espinoza of Manassa, Colorado.

Our mom was funny and feisty. She had 5 children, 4 granddaughters, and numerous pets throughout her life. She was a voracious reader throughout her life; it brought her great pleasure. She was an excellent cook and baker. All the neighbors loved Betty’s bread and sweets. She was a hard worker, and had nervous energy; she was always fixing something in her yard or house. She loved her family and the Lord. We know she is dancing with the angels now! Bye mom, we will love and miss you forever!
