WarwickThomas J. Flaherty, 47, of Centerville Road, died unexpectedly Thursday at Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of Paul F. and Jane L. (Bunn) Flaherty of Cranston.Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers, Stephen J. Flaherty of Exeter, and Michael E. Flaherty of Cranston; a sister, Maureen Flaherty Rodgers of Ossining, New York; his fiancAC.e, Susan Charnley of Warwick; and nine nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, at 9:30 am, in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Academy Avenue, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Monday, 5 - 8 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt 117) Warwick. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 239 Regent Avenue, Providence, RI 02908 in his memory will be appreciated.
