Roberto Colon

Roberto Colon a resident of Johnston, Rhode Island sadly passed away at his home on December 17,2015 at the age of 64. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico , he was the son of the late Francisco and Trinidad (Zayas) Colon.

Roberto is survived by his wife of 45 years Iris "Yolanda" Colon, 5 daughters Myrna I Maxie, Patricia V. Odom, Cynthia Arias, Cristina Irizarry, Veronica Dure, grandchildren and his 2 eldest Shykeel I Colon, Kyle I. Colon and Deja G.Storm Jones, Jason A.Colon, Casiana Chyenne Tolson, Daymian Colon, Janessa A. Colon, Alfino J.Davis, Kenneth M. Irizarry, Kyaah C.Irizarry, Kyleeh K Irizarry, Victoria A.Arias and Jovani J. Dure .

He was a successful musician who enjoyed playing the trumpet both professionally and recreationally. He appeared with Tito Puentes and was a retired polisher from Tiffany & Co. His religious faith was Jehova's Witness. With his heart of gold he loved his daughters, grandchildren, and entire family unconditionally. Loved by many, he will be deeply missed.
