Robert Nicholas Rico Sr.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gaetano and Virginia (Ricci) Rico.

Bob co-owned and operated Ocean State Sales and later RNR Sales for many years before retiring. He was an avid fisherman who loved boating, nature and the outdoors. He will always be remembered as a dedicated husband, father and grandfather.

He was the loving father of Robert N. Rico, Jr. and Russell J. Rico and his wife Cynthia and cherished grandfather of Christopher, Michael, Kathryn and John. He was also the brother of Janet Tabella and the late John Rico.

His visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 – 10:30 AM in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Avenue, Providence. Burial to follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob’s memory to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice, 1085 North Main Street, Providence.
