Robert Joseph Peltier

Born in Coventry he was the son of the late Joseph Peltier, Sr. and Marion Eva ( Cady ) Peltier.

In his early years, Mr. Peltier was a lace weaver and would later own several gas stations in both Coventry and North Kingstown. He had also been a real estate manager in Providence until his retirement.

Mr. Peltier was an avid Orchid enthusiast, wood carver and stained glass artist. He also loved gardening.

He is survived by his children, Robert J. Peltier, Jr. and his wife Erika of Coventry, Karen L. Mulligan of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kathy A. Mitchell of North Kingstown, Kristine M. Peltier and her partner Elmer R. Potter of Johnston, his siblings, Joseph Peltier, Jr and his wife Carolyn of Coventry, Annette Perretta and her husband Frank of Clearmont, FL and his beloved granddaughters, Jennifer Mitchell and Sabrina Peltier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10:00 am in St. John and James, 20 Washington Street, West Warwick. Family and Friends may call the morning of the mass from 8:00-9:00 am in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick.
