Born in Providence he was the son of the late Salvatore and Carmela ( Pietropaolo ) Baccari.
Robert was a very colorful and warm hearted person. Everyone Bob knew enjoyed his company and he was always ready to help those in need. He was also known for his banter and could be counted on to supply a good laugh. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Mr. Baccari is survived by his children, Robert Willis, Michael Baccari, Alexis Duhamel and Breala Martins, his siblings, Louis Baccari, Albert Baccari, Angela DeTora, Diane Baccari, Linda Baccari and Doreen Lonardo. Bob also leaves his nephew Matt Mekuto with whom he was very close. Robert was brother of the late Salvatore Baccari, Jr. and the late Deborah Pimental.
Visitation will be held Friday September 27, 2024 from 9:00-11:00 am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the Russell J Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence.
